Tuition Policy
Lessons are to be taken weekly either in 30 or 60-minute increments.  We make recommendations for each child on the proper lesson length.  Lessons are to be prepaid, no exceptions.  Any lessons that are not prepaid will be billed at the individual lesson rate.  Lesson fees are due at the first lesson of each month for the total number of lessons that you will have in that month. In case that you start in the middle of a month, you are to make payment for the number of lessons that you have remaining in that month and then continue your payments on the first lesson of each following month.

Lesson Renewals
Students are on an automatic renewal policy.  Each student will be kept on the schedule unless we receive written notice that the student will not be continuing lessons. We know how busy students can be and that at some point their schedule may be difficult to fit lessons in their day.  We would appreciate thirty days (30) notice however we will only require two (2) weeks prior to their last lesson of their withdraw.  If we receive less than that notice, fees will be charged for the lessons. No refunds will be given.  Account balances will remain for one year from time of dropping lessons.

Cancellation Policy
Lessons may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours notice. Missed lessons that are not canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hour advance notice will be considered a non-refundable forfeit and do not qualify for make-up status. In fairness to us and our teachers, they are paid for all lessons missed with less that 24 hours notice. To avoid this expense and keep our prices low, this cancellation policy will be strictly enforced.  All clients must have a valid credit card on file and accounts will be processed for any forfeit charges.

Substitute Policy
We know students have a valued relationship with their instructors.  We encourage the teachers to build strong relationships with their students since this has been proven to be one factor in successful learning.  We will make every effort to make sure each teacher is able to teacher their normally scheduled lessons. However, this may not always be possible. People do have conflicts arise suddenly due to accidents, sickness or other unforeseen issues.  In the case of vacations, teachers can personally notify you that they are leaving and you are required to re-schedule your normal lesson to a make up time or keep your regularly scheduled lesson and have a substitute. Our substitutes have gone through the rigorous screening process and have been substituting for us previously.  We understand that this may be uneasy at first with your student, however we have received positive feedback on our substitutes and our teacher's work closely with substitutes to assure a productive lesson continues in their absence.
